• Student System Overview
    The Texas Enterprise Information System (TxEIS) product is web-based, fully integrated, and supports the operational and reporting requirements of Texas districts, charter schools, private schools, and education service centers. The software is scalable in both design and configuration in order to meet the needs of any size district. TxEIS provides the reporting, analytical, and data access needs as defined by the Texas educational community. TxEIS software standards are compatible with Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, and Mac Safari browsers, as well as Linux and Windows operating systems. TxEIS student applications include attendance, discipline, grade reporting, health, registration, scheduling, special education, test scores, txGradebook,
    txMyZone provides students web access to request courses for the next school year. Course requests are real time and campuses have the ability to customize their own messages and provide different levels of access. txMyZone is designed for middle and secondary scheduling. The system distinguishes between course requests submitted by counselors versus students and allows for controlling the number of course requests.

    txConnect allows parents and guardians access to current school related information about their children including attendance, grades, and assignments. txConnect users can also toggle between English and Spanish, search assignments, and receive email notifications concerning grades and attendance.

    txGradebook is an integrated classroom management system which allows teachers to maintain and post student attendance and grades. Teachers may also view student demographic data, contact information, attendance reports, schedules, photographs, and TAKS scores. txGradebook provides real-time schedule changes, categories and assignments, seating charts, generation of interim progress reports, acceptance of transfer students, emailing to parents, and administrative access. txGradebook reporting includes class rosters, cycle grades, assignment grades, University Interscholastic League eligibility, seating charts, attendance verification, missing averages and exam grades and incomplete grades.
