Open System Preferences and go to Keyboard:

Select the Shortcuts tab. Make sure the box for "Use keyboard navigation to move focus between controls" is checked.

Open Safari Preferences:

Lisa LeClear is Leadership Consultant and the Texas Instructional Leadership Lead for Region 18 Education Service Center. Mrs. LeClear is responsible for supporting districts and campuses in the efforts to implement best practices based around Texas Instruction Leadership (TIL). Before Joining ESC 18 in July of 2019, she gained experience as a campus principal, principal, and elementary teacher. She has been in education for 20 years. Mrs. LeClear earned a Master of Education in Administration degree from Lamar University and a Bachelor of Science from Eastern New Mexico University.
