Eligibility

• Who? A child who is, or whose parent, spouse, or guardian, is a migratory agricultural worker, who has moved due to economic necessity.

• What? Temporary or seasonal employment in agricultural work.

• Where? From one school district to another.

• Why? Due to Economic Necessity AND; Engage in new qualifying work soon after the move OR; actively sought new qualifying work AND; has a recent history of moves.

• When? Within the preceding 36 months.
