Priscilla Salgado, born and raised in Odessa, graduated from Odessa High School in 2001. She attended Odessa College before transferring to the University of Texas at San Antonio, where she earned a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies in 2007. She began her career at the Palo Alto College Child Development Center, teaching for two years before moving to San Angelo. While teaching at TLCA, she pursued her Master of Education in School Counseling at Angelo State University, graduating in 2011. That same year, she transitioned from the classroom to a school counseling role, which she proudly held for over a decade. Priscilla began working at ESC 18 in the 21-22 school year and enjoys supporting educators and students across the region.
