Deborah Acosta is the iLead and Regional Testing Coordinator Consultant for the Region 18 Education Service Center.  She is here to support regional implementation of iLead, Testing and Accountability for CCMR and Graduation.  Her enthusiasm for student success has been contagious in her 28 years of service in the education field.  Prior to joining Region 18, Deborah served students in El Paso ISD and Midland ISD.  She has served as a Teacher's Aide, Teacher, Assistant Principal, Dropout Prevention Coordinator, At-Risk Student Populations Support and Director of Graduation.  Mrs. Acosta earned her Bachelors and Masters in Educational Leadership from the University of Texas at the Permian Basin.
